Leadership

A team built on decades of experience, united by integrity.

Managing Director

Harrison Leigh is the Managing Director of the firm, leading transactions with a clear focus on maximising value and delivering successful outcomes for business owners. With extensive experience as a sales consultant across the UK and the Middle East, he has played a key role in mediating deals exceeding £40 million in value.

His strength lies in understanding both sides of a transaction, from positioning a business to attract the right buyers, to creating competitive tension and navigating negotiations to achieve optimal terms. Harrison works closely with clients to ensure their business is not only market-ready, but presented in a way that highlights its true strategic and financial value.

Built on a reputation for straightforward, honest advice, his approach prioritises long-term relationships over short-term gain. This ensures clients receive clear guidance at every stage of the process, from initial positioning through to completion, with a constant focus on achieving the best possible outcome.

Board Director

James brings deep financial and operational expertise that directly underpins successful business sales and value creation. As an active investor and director across multiple SMEs, he has first-hand experience in turnarounds, management buyouts, and preparing businesses for strategic change, giving him a clear understanding of what drives buyer confidence and valuations.

With a background in corporate finance, strategy, and FP&A, James has advised and operated at the highest level within global organisations including WPP, Unilever, Tesco, and Pentland Brands. His experience in restructuring, strategic planning, and performance visibility enables him to identify the key levers that enhance business value ahead of a transaction.

Having scaled and improved profitability within a tech start-up and led multiple business turnarounds, James understands both the risks and opportunities buyers assess. Today, managing a portfolio of approximately £45m in revenue across UK construction and engineering businesses, he applies this insight to help shape businesses into attractive, sale-ready assets.

Board Director

Daniel brings a powerful combination of strategic insight and hands-on transformation experience, making him instrumental in helping businesses maximise value ahead of a sale. With 15 years at Deloitte, he has led large-scale transformation programmes across the UK, US, and global markets, working with private equity-backed businesses, FTSE 25 companies, and high-growth SMEs.

His expertise lies in operating model optimisation and profitability, with a clear understanding of how businesses should position their products, customers, and channels to drive sustainable, saleable growth. This gives him a sharp perspective on what buyers look for and how to align a business to meet those expectations.

Alongside his corporate experience, Daniel has been actively involved in start-ups as both a director and investor, giving him a full-spectrum view of the business lifecycle. His approach is centred on delivering tangible, measurable improvements that translate directly into stronger deal outcomes and increased shareholder value.

Board Director

Gauri brings a commercially driven, operationally grounded perspective that is critical in positioning businesses for growth and successful exit. With extensive experience leading large-scale property and construction strategies for global brands, she understands how to deliver complex projects, scale operations, and enhance underlying business value.

Having managed significant capital programmes and overseen high-volume project delivery at companies such as Hugo Boss and White Stuff, Gauri has a strong track record of executing strategies that drive measurable commercial impact. Her experience spans both corporate leadership and advisory roles, giving her insight into how businesses are assessed from both an operator and investor perspective.

As a business owner and Commercial Director within an engineering group, she remains closely connected to the realities of running and growing SMEs. This allows her to bring practical, actionable insight into how businesses can strengthen their proposition, improve performance, and position themselves effectively for a transaction.
